Position Title - Sr. Exec/ Manager / Senior Manager Sponsorships & Partnerships (Events & Exhibitions)

Experience- 3-12 years in sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, or event partnerships

Role Purpose -

ISF is seeking a high-energy, target-driven sponsorship sales professional to own end-to-end revenue generation for ISFs events, conferences, exhibitions, awards, and knowledge platforms. The role demands a proven rainmaker who comes with ready, active relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and brand/marketing decision-makers – particularly in the HR technology, staffing, BFSI, skilling, EdTech, and workforce solutions space – and a demonstrable track record of closing sponsorship and exhibition revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales (Primary)
- Own and deliver the annual sponsorship and exhibition revenue target across all ISF Physical/online events, conferences, webinars and digital/knowledge properties.
- Sell sponsorship packages (title, co-presenting, gold/silver, session, lanyard, networking categories)



and exhibition stalls/booth space.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and contracting.
- Leverage existing relationships to bring immediate, bankable sponsorship commitments – candidates must come with ready relationships and a verifiable book of sponsor contacts.
- Identify, pitch, and close new sponsor categories and first-time exhibitors to expand the revenue base year on year.

2. Partnerships & Account Management
- Develop multi-event and annual partnership deals that convert one-time sponsors into long-term ISF partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors: deliverables tracking, branding fulfilment, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure high sponsor satisfaction and renewal rates through qualified servicing, ROI documentation, and relationship stewardship.
