Thai Language Expert

Salary – Upto 12 LPA

Location: (Remote)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.

Key Requirements:

Native or C1 proficiency in Thai.

C1 proficiency in English.

Minimum 6 months of experience in interpretation, translation, customer support, localization, or any multilingual role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email.

 Translate and interpret Thai-English communications accurately.

 Provide timely and professional customer support.

 Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

 Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

 Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
