Business Development Manager Doctor & Clinic Partnerships

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to acquire doctors and clinics for Ripplicas AI-powered marketing solutions.

This is initially an individual-contributor field-sales role. As Ripplica’s first sales hire, you will work closely with the founders to build sales processes, refine the doctor-acquisition playbook and establish the healthcare sales function.

you will have the opportunity to build and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit doctors, clinics and healthcare practices.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals and outbound prospecting.
- Understand doctors’ marketing and practice-growth requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate Ripplica’s value proposition.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection.
- Maintain structured follow-ups and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Track meetings, pipeline and closures through the CRM.
- Test sales pitches, territories and acquisition channels.
- Document learnings and build a repeatable field-sales playbook.
- Collect customer and competitor feedback to improve the product and sales strategy.
