Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar, covering positions in Pharma QC, QA, Microbiology, Maintenance, Lab QA, QMS, F&D;, and ADL for professionals with 1 to 7 years of experience. Team members will perform routine testing, documentation, and review of raw materials, in-process samples,



and finished products in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities may include implementing and monitoring quality systems, performing microbiological analyses, supporting equipment and facility maintenance, and contributing to formulation development and analytical method validation. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with GMP, support internal and external audits, and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues. Personnel are expected to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support training and knowledge-sharing within the department.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with practical experience in pharmaceutical testing and documentation.
