JOB POSITION
The Team Lead/People Manager is responsible for guiding a team toward achieving performance goals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. This role combines operational oversight with people management, ensuring both project success and employee development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Degree in Computer Science or Technical Science or similar
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in software development projects; front-end and backend development
• Experience in unit, integration, system, and regression testing
• Solid hands-on coding experience inJava programming languagealong with JAVA 17, Spring Boot, RDBMS, MongoDB, Python Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, Splunk and Datadog
• Experience in frameworks like:Angular, Spring boot, Spring MVC and Java Spring
• Experience in software development tools e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, SVN, Jenkins
• Experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP




• Strong interest in growing own technical skills
• Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver
QUALIFICATION
BE, MCA or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE

Around 5 to 8 years of experience in Java with leadership capabilities.
