The role

We are looking for an HR Manager to own recruitment, HR operations, compliance and office administration for our Noida office. This is a hands-on generalist role with full ownership of the function.

Responsibilities

Recruitment
- Own the full hiring cycle for engineering, QA, sales and delivery roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout and follow-through to joining date
- Hire across two structures: India-based fixed salary plus commission, and UAE commission-only
- Source through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, iimjobs, Cutshort, campus channels and referral networks, and maintain a live pipeline for recurring roles
- Screen candidates for role and culture fit and coordinate technical rounds with engineering leads
- Maintain a candidate tracker with stage, source and dates, and report on hiring progress weekly
- Fill approved open roles within 30 days of requisition

HR operations
- Onboarding: offer and appointment letters, document collection, statutory registrations, asset issue, system and tool access, 30-day check-in
- Offboarding:



notice period tracking, handover checklist, asset recovery, full and final settlement inputs, relieving and experience letters, exit interviews
- Payroll inputs: attendance, leave, loss of pay, reimbursements and variable payouts, coordinated with accounts to a fixed monthly cutoff
- Leave and attendance administration, approvals and monthly reconciliation
- Maintain accurate digital employee records covering contracts, identification, appraisals and disciplinary documentation

Policy and compliance
- Draft, maintain and enforce the employee handbook, leave policy, work from home policy, POSH policy and code of conduct
- Constitute and run the POSH Internal Committee in line with statutory requirements
- Manage statutory compliance for the India entity: PF, ESIC, professional tax, shops and establishment registration and labour registers
