We're looking for our **Founding GTM Partner**—someone who can help define how we take Composed AI to market, acquire our first wave of customers, and build the foundation of a world-class revenue organization.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful, own a significant part of the journey, and be rewarded through performance and equity creation.

About the Role





As our Founding GTM Partner, you'll work directly with the founders to define and execute Composed AI's go-to-market strategy.

You'll leverage your existing relationships, industry credibility, and consultative selling experience to acquire lighthouse customers while helping shape our positioning, pricing, partnerships, and future revenue strategy.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and influence.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has spent years building relationships across the B2B ecosystem and has a robust reputation within their network.

You should already have access to decision-makers and be comfortable engaging with CXOs and business leaders.

Ideal candidates typically have:

* 8+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, GTM, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships

* Experience selling SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, Cloud, Anal
