Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis for real estate projects and the wider business. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and monitoring budgets, conducting financial modeling and feasibility studies, and performing variance and cash flow analysis. The role involves managing project and corporate accounting, supervising financial reporting,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with project, design, and development teams to evaluate investment opportunities, optimize capital structure, and support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for real estate projects and investments.
