Role Description -
The MEP Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system design and drawings across construction projects. The role includes coordinating with site teams, consultants, and sub contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and local regulations.



The MEP Manager will review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues in office, and conduct inspections to ensure quality and performance of MEP systems. The role requires close collaboration with civil and architectural teams to integrate MEP solutions efficiently and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications
- Ability to coordinate and manage MEP activities, including MEP Coordination and overall Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) oversight.
- Strong technical knowledge in Plumbing systems, installation practices, and related safety and quality standards.
- Experience in MEP Design, including reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Skills in Procurement related to MEP materials and equipment, including vendor coordination and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; diploma holders with strong
