Job Description

INDSRO Defence & Aerospace Technologies Pvt. Ltd.



is looking for a highly motivated and research-oriented Research Scientist to contribute to advanced materials and nanotechnology projects. The selected candidate will conduct scientific research, develop cutting-edge materials and support the execution of research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the synthesis, testing and characterization of nanomaterials.
- Plan, execute and document laboratory experiments.
- Analyse experimental data and interpret research findings.
- Work with relevant material-characterization techniques.
- Prepare scientific reports, research papers, technical presentations and project documentation.
- Support research project planning, execution and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external research partners.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow prescribed safety and quality procedures.
- Contribute to developing advanced materials for defence and aerospace applications.
