Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with solid expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing HR applications on the ServiceNow platform while delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, architects, and cross-functional teams to build and enhance HR workflows, automate business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
- Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Catalog Items, Knowledge Management, and HR Workflows.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes,



Flow Designer, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows.
- Design and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Build user-centric, intuitive, and responsive HR applications.
- Monitor production health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve root causes.
- Ensure application quality, security, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and HR stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
