Job Summary

CarEager is looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive
to expand our B2B partnerships across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

The role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding corporate clients and strategic partners such as
leasing companies, hotels, corporate fleets, rental companies, logistics operators, cab aggregators, and other businesses with vehicle fleets
. The ideal candidate should be confident in networking, relationship building, negotiations, and closing long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate recent B2B partnership opportunities.
- Approach and onboard leasing companies, hotels, corporates, fleet owners, logistics companies,



and other strategic partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and meetings.

Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Ensure excellent post-onboarding relationship management.

Sales & Growth
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Develop new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Market Research
- Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Recommend new business opportunities to management.
