- ITI Pass (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, MMV, or other relevant trades)

Job Summary

The ITI Machine Operator (Fresher) will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and follow all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load and unload raw materials into machines.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments under the guidance of supervisors.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area (5S).




- Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.
- Record production data and machine operating parameters.
- Assist the maintenance team during minor machine troubleshooting.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and production staff to meet production targets.
