Role Description
The Human Resources Executive role at Lingam Metal Infrastructure is a full time, on-site position based in Sriperumbudur. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address queries, and support a positive workplace culture.
