Role & responsibilities

As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to plan, create, and execute engaging content across Torrins' digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assisting in ideating and executing social media campaigns.
- Writing engaging captions, reels concepts, and post copies.
- Coordinating with designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Tracking social media trends and identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
- Monitoring social media performance and preparing basic analytics reports.
- Supporting community management by responding to comments and messages.
- Assisting in influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics is a plus.
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
- Creative and always full of content ideas.
- Curious to learn and experiment with new trends.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interested in music, education, or creator-led businesses (preferred but not mandatory).
