We specialize in creating sustainable landscapes, corporate green spaces, indoor biophilic solutions, luxury gardens, and premium plant rental services for leading corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, and luxury residences.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to manage our finance, HR, payroll, compliance, and administrative functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST reports and coordinate GST filing with the CA.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; summaries, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





Human Resources
- Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Administration
- Maintain office records, vendor agreements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding manpower deployment.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Valuable understanding
