Role Description
The Production Executive, Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of corporate events, from pre-event planning to on-ground execution. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru South and involves coordinating with clients, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing production plans, timelines, and budgets; overseeing fabrication, staging, audio-visual, and logistics; and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and brand guidelines. The role also involves handling vendor negotiations, monitoring setup and dismantling activities, troubleshooting operational issues during events, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Production Executive will collaborate closely with the creative and client servicing teams to translate concepts into practical production solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong event production and operations skills, including planning, scheduling, onsite coordination, and vendor management.
- Experience with logistics, fabrication, staging, and audio-visual setups for corporate events and MICE.
