Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Job Title will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating site visits, and supporting clients throughout their real estate transactions. Daily activities include gathering and updating property details, preparing marketing materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with property owners, buyers, and internal teams. The individual will help ensure a high standard of client communication,



contribute to market research on Gurgaon and Delhi NCR properties, and assist in closing deals efficiently and ethically. The role requires consistent presence at the office and local properties to deliver responsive, personalized service.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and deal management skills to support property transactions and follow-up activities.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, site visits, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using computers, online listing platforms, and productivity tools for property marketing and record-keeping.
