THE ROLE

You will write, build, and ship the content that carries CLEO's voice across the internet, working with AI tools, thinking strategically about what goes where, and executing quickly enough to keep pace with a brand that moves rapid.
- Write and publish content across social media platforms, in voice, consistently.
- Engage with relevant conversations across platforms: commenting, replying, and showing up in the threads where CLEO's audience already spends time.
- Use AI tools daily for research, drafting, repurposing, and distribution. They are how the work gets done here.
- Turn one idea into many: an essay into a thread into three posts into a video. Then ship all of them.
- Own the content calendar. Know what is going out, when, and why.
- Track what is working, learn from what is not, and adjust without being asked.

WHO THIS IS FOR
