Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and effective use of resources.
- Oversee mobilization efforts to reach out to target communities and stakeholders for skill development programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for placement services, including job fairs, internships, and career counseling sessions.
- Ensure effective budgeting and financial management to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in NGO or social services industry as an Area Head or similar role.
- Strong people management skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent budgeting and financial planning skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in mobilization efforts through community engagement initiatives.
