FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes.
We are looking for a young and energetic Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our HRMS platform while working closely with functional and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications for FlexiEle HRMS
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks
- Collaborate with the functional team to understand client requirements and implement solutions
- Build, test, and deploy new features and modules in the HRMS system
- Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness
- Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Assist in database design, API development, and system integrations
- Support existing clients by fixing bugs and enhancing system functionality
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with contemporary frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- Back-end development experience (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar)
- Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)
- BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant technical skills
Experience:
- Freshers with strong technical skills can apply
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in full stack development preferred

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
