Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Noida. The Legal Executive will review, draft, and manage a variety of legal documents and contracts related to the company’s communications services and commercial operations. Responsibilities include providing clear legal advice to internal stakeholders, supporting compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.



The role also involves handling matters related to property law and conveyancing where relevant, coordinating with external legal counsel, and supporting due diligence for business transactions. The Legal Executive will collaborate closely with management, finance, and operations teams to mitigate legal risks and support business growth.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to non-legal stakeholders within a business setting.
- Knowledge of Property Law and experience in Conveyancing activities, including documentation and coordination with external parties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M or specialized certification is an advantage.
