Role Description
The AI & Python Technical Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in AI, Machine Learning, and Python development. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, creating and updating training materials, designing practical exercises and projects, and assessing learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations. The trainer will provide mentorship and guidance to learners,



offer feedback to help them improve, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to refine course content, staying current with industry trends and tools, and contributing to workshops, demos, and academic-industry outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong experience in Technical Training and Training & Development, with a focus on technology-focused education.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Trainers and Training, including curriculum delivery, learner engagement, and classroom management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
