Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect to drive project development from concept to execution. The role involves design review, consultant coordination, drawing verification, site support, and ensuring projects are practical, cost-effective, and execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural designs, layouts, and master plans for Villas and Resorts, Premium Residential Projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review drawings, identify design clashes, and ensure timely revisions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design compliance and execution quality.
- Support approvals, documentation, and project coordination.
- Recommend design enhancements to improve functionality, saleability,



and customer experience.
- Assist in feasibility studies, cost optimization, and design benchmarking.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate or project development.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit/SketchUp preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, FAR/FSI, building regulations, and consultant coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
