Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance and financial products.

Explain product features, advantages, and pricing clearly to customers.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Follow up with leads and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

02 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Advanced English speaking and comprehension skills preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
