We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (PPC) to join our growing digital marketing team. This role requires someone who can independently manage Google Ads accounts, optimize campaign performance, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to achieving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, and bidding strategy implementation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC,



and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare performance reports and present campaign insights during client meetings.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with junior PPC executives or interns by assigning tasks and reviewing campaign execution.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain proper documentation of campaign setup, optimization history, and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Solid understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
