Role Description
The Territory Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site client visit.



The role involves managing and growing a defined sales territory, building strong relationships with industrial clients, and promoting Chemtex’s portfolio of speciality chemicals across relevant sectors. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and technical discussions, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely order closure and revenue realization. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams for supply chain coordination, customer support, and technical service, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and activity reports. The role also includes monitoring competitor activities, participating in promotional events, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.
