Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in the F&B; Snacks / Popcorn Products industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, lead generation, distributor management, and business development. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.




- Identify and approach retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote the company's snack and popcorn product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product advantages.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
