We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented
Customer Support Executive – Influencer Relations
to manage and resolve escalations raised by influencers throughout the lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns. This role serves as the primary point of contact for creators facing concerns related to campaigns, deliverables, payments, communication, platform issues, or other operational challenges.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally while maintaining strong relationships with creators.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Influencer Escalation Management
- Act as the primary SPOC for all influencer escalations across ongoing campaigns.
- Resolve creator concerns related to campaign execution, deliverables, approvals, payments, timelines, contracts, and communication.
- Ensure every escalation is acknowledged, tracked, and resolved within defined TATs.
- Prioritize critical issues and escalate internally whenever required.
2. Creator Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers by providing timely and qualified support.
- Ensure creators receive accurate information regarding campaigns and processes.
- Maintain a high level of creator satisfaction throughout the campaign journey.
- Handle difficult conversations with empathy while protecting company interests.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Influencer Marketing Team, Finance, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate internally to obtain timely updates and ensure smooth communication with creators.
- Follow up proactively until complete issue resolution.
4. Payment & Operational Support
- Coordinate with finance teams regarding payment-related escalations.
