About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving measurable business growth through paid marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Improve campaign efficiency to maximize lead generation, conversions, and return on investment.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign assets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising principles and campaign performance metrics.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
