Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Marketplace Account Manager to manage and grow our business across multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra ,Blinkit etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, inventory coordination, advertising, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Blinkit.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, stock availability, and account health.
- Coordinate order processing, returns, and marketplace issue resolution.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze sales performance, advertising ROI, and marketplace metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and design teams for smooth operations.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience managing one or more major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio Partner Portal, and/or Blinkit Seller Portal.
- Strong understanding of catalog management, inventory planning, pricing, and promotions.
- Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising tools.
- Working knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager.
- Valuable analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in scaling sales across multiple marketplaces.
- Knowledge of product listing SEO and catalog optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet sales targets.
