Health & Wellness Manager

We're looking for an energetic, result-oriented Health & Wellness Manager to lead the operations and business development of iFEEL Fitness, the premium fitness centre at iLEAD.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead enquiry management, counselling, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and retention initiatives.
- Build partnerships with corporates, residential communities, educational institutions, healthcare professionals, and wellness organizations to generate business.
- Plan and execute on-ground promotional events, fitness camps,
wellness workshops, and lead-generation activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations with a robust focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of fitness trainers, front office executives, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, equipment maintenance, safety, and member engagement.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend growth initiatives.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and ensure a superior fitness experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Health & Wellness, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
