To be successful as a "Senior Data and Business Analyst - BX CDAO", you should have experience with:
- Robust experience in data governance, data management, data quality and data product governance within a complex organisation.
- Experience managing or supporting Data Products and Data Domains across the data lifecycle.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, root cause analysis, impact assessment and process re-engineering.
- Demonstrable experience delivering data and business change initiatives within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata, ownership models, controls and data architecture concepts.




- Ability to challenge technical solutions and architecture decisions without being responsible for hands-on development.
- Experience working with Data Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and control frameworks.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision making.
- Proven ability to operate independently and drive outcomes across multiple competing priorities.
- Experience preparing and presenting papers for senior governance forums, councils and executive stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/ Good To Have
- Manage and govern assigned Data Domain(s) and Data Product(s), partnering with Data Product Owners, Data Domain Owners and business stakeholders to improve data quality, ownership, controls, and business value.
