Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and technically sound MEP Sales & Estimation Engineer to drive business development, prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with clients for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related building services projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong estimation skills, excellent customer relationship management,
and the ability to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. MEP projects require accurate technical estimation, proposal preparation, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, builders, developers, and end clients.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track project pipelines and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender discussions.
Estimation & Tendering
- Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs f
