We at MEIL are looking for Planning Engineer for Highspeed Rail Project (Underground Station)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Education: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/

Nicmar - ACM/QSCM

Experience: 7 - 12 yrs

Note: Metro projects Experience is preferable

Role & responsibilities
- Prepare the project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Primavera P6.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly progress in the P6 schedule.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule.
- Identify critical activities and monitor the critical path.
- Prepare two-week and monthly look-ahead schedules for site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and the project team to collect progress data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
- Analyze delays and suggest recovery plans to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization to support timely completion.
- Attend progress review meetings with the client, consultant, and project management team, and provide schedule updates.
