Role Description
This full-time remote HR Consultant/Intern role supports the development and implementation of HR processes and policies for a growing, innovation-driven organization.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the creation, documentation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, and helping maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation. The role involves supporting employee relations activities, such as coordinating onboarding, assisting with performance feedback processes, and responding to basic HR inquiries. The HR Consultant/Intern will also help with compliance-related tasks, including research on labor and employment regulations and supporting the alignment of company practices with applicable laws. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is expected to ensure HR practices are transparent, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals.
