Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiters who are eager to build a career in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent. Training will be provided on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
- Source IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new recruitment tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
