Assistance in preparation updation of activity chart, process flow diagram, PFMEA, Semi finish drawing Semi finish drawing DFM, Process detailing sheet KPS.
Supporting the identification of tooling requirements (Jigs, Fixture, Cutting tools gauges).
Preparing the CNC part program for machining, checking tooling,
Execution of proving Recent Proto Components on the machining line under manager guidance.
Data collection for component inspection reports and capacity verification reviews.
Understand and act according to IMS Policy.
To implement IMS in the assigned working area.
Execution and floor-level coordination of process change requests.
To support the training, development, and evaluation of shop floor team members.
Implement corrective actions on the shop floor for non-conformities of components.
Ensure timely data compilation for the updation / revision of any documents in IMS.
Support the conduct documentation of Risk Assessment (as per IMS)
update as necessary.
To provide floor-level technical support to other departments as and when required.
Tracking and data logging for improvement Projects/Plan progress reports / OCP / IMS Objectives.
Report all Accidents Near-miss incidents to the Process Manager / Safety officer.
Assist in investigating Incidents implementing necessary corrective actions.
Attend IMS training programs as per schedules communicated to him.
To operate and maintain the set process ensuring it is environmentally friendly, energy efficient, with uppermost operator safety.
