Highly effective ownership of LinkedIn campaigns, cold calling, email nurturing, pipeline, meetings (40-50/month), client communication, satisfaction & upsell

We are hiring a highly efficient Growth Manager who can own the full growth motion from LinkedIn campaigns and cold outreach to nurturing leads, booking meetings, managing client communication, and driving upsells. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on execution, client relationships, and measurable results.

You will build and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, cold calling, email), convert leads into 4050 qualified meetings per month, maintain a solid pipeline, prepare decks and resources, explore new channels, and ensure exceptional client communication and satisfaction while identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Campaigns & Multi-Channel Outreach
- Plan, manage, and execute LinkedIn campaigns (connection outreach, InMails, messaging sequences, and social selling) as a core growth channel.




- Run disciplined cold calling (via dialer) and 1:1 email outreach alongside LinkedIn.
- Draft high-converting nurturing messages that move leads from interest to booked meetings.
- Send value-led emails with relevant resources, case studies, and materials to warm and convert prospects.
- Continuously explore and test newer channels to improve reach and meeting volume.

2. Pipeline Building & Meeting Generation (40–50 / month)
- Build and maintain a solid, forecastable pipeline in HubSpot with clear next actions and ownership.
- Deliver 40–50 qualified meetings per month through smart conversion of nurtured leads.
- Qualify meetings rigorously (need, authority, timeline, fit) so they progress into SQLs and opportunities.
- Protect high show rates through proper confirmation, reminders, and value reinforcement.
- Support the path from meeting SQL opportunity and stay involved until clear progress or conversio
