Overview

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB) processes. This role blends technical development expertise with a deep understanding of asset lifecycle workflows, data models, integrations, and automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that improve asset visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development Configuration
- Design, develop,



and configure ServiceNow applications supporting Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), and CMDB.
- Build and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Develop integrations with procurement systems, endpoint management tools (SCCM/Intune/Kandji), and discovery sources.
- Implement automation to streamline asset intake, assignment, reconciliation, and retirement processes.

ITAM SAM Solution Engineering
- Configure and optimize asset lifecycle workflows, including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Support SAM Pro features such as normalization, reconciliation, software models, entitlements, and license compliance.
- Ensure alignment between asset records, CI relationships, and discovery data to maintain a clean, accurate CMDB.
