Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Build solid relationships with members and create a positive, collaborative community.
- Plan, coordinate, and host networking events, workshops, and community activities.
- Handle member inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and feedback.
- Manage meeting room bookings and workspace reservations.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Monitor inventory and order office and pantry supplies as needed.
- Address member concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
