Minimum Experience : 8+ years (in Gujarat Base Architecture Firm only)
Education : Diploma in Architecture or ITI Draftsman civil with Experience working in architectural drafting in building projects (residential, commercial, institutional).
Key Responsibilities :
- Produce detailed working drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation (floor plans, elevations, sections, details).
- Interpret architectural / structural / MEP designs and convert to accurate CAD drawings.
- Prepare drawings for permits, approvals, tendering, and contractor documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, layering conventions, naming conventions.
Technical Skills / Tools :
- Expert in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Proficiency in : Revit, SketchUp (if used) may get preference.
- Microsoft Office, drawing file management, documentation skills.
