Role Summary

Lead end-to-end operations across corporate gifting, manufacturing, sourcing, printing, merchandising, customer success, warehouse and logistics. Build scalable systems, improve efficiency, allocate resources, and ensure exceptional customer delivery while partnering with the Founder to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own complete order execution and operational performance.
- Align manufacturing, sourcing, printing, merchandising and customer teams.
- Drive production planning, capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, dashboards and continuous improvement.
- Improve on-time delivery, quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.




- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams with an intrapreneur mindset.
- Partner with leadership on business planning and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate
- 8 to 15 years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain or corporate gifting.
• Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a bias for execution.
• Builds systems, not dependencies.
• Entrepreneurial, accountable and customer-focused.
