The Role:

We are looking for an
HR Trainee

who wants to build a strong foundation in
agency HR, recruitment, people operations, and culture-building

, while being deeply embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of a creative agency.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
- Review, screen, and analyze resumes with attention to role-fit and agency mindset
- Source candidates from job portals and qualified networks; initiate first-level outreach
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess motivation, communication, and culture fit
- Assist in onboarding processes and candidate experience

People Operations & Admin Support
- Support documentation, HR records, and compliance processes
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee data management
- Support device allocation and basic office operations

Culture, Learning & Strategy Exposure
- Work closely with the admin and leadership teams on people and culture initiatives
- Observe and understand
