Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement procurement and real estate strategies aligned with business goals, including market analysis for acquisition/development opportunities.
- Procurement & Sourcing: Source materials (civil, MEP, finishes), properties, and services; manage vendor lifecycles and development.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and property owners to achieve best value and compliance.
- Project & Budget Management: Coordinate with project teams for timely material/service delivery, monitor budgets, control costs, and manage project milestones.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (project, legal, finance) and external partners (brokers, owners, suppliers).
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, perform financial analysis, and report on performance to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
