Technology Transfer Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage process validation and technology transfer activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing validation activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, execute, and document process validation activities in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
- Handle technology transfer of recent products and site transfer projects from development to commercial manufacturing.
- Perform and monitor in-process checks during scale-up batches, exhibit batches, trial batches, validation batches, and other critical manufacturing activities.
- Prepare and review Quality Risk Management (QRM) documents, Manufacturing Flow Charts (MFC), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR),



and other Product Development Laboratory (PDL) documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of validation and technology transfer projects.
- Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in process validation, technology transfer, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations for OSD , Tablet dosage form
- Hands-on experience with scale-up, exhibit, trial, and validation batches.
- Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality risk management principles.
- Experience in preparation and review of QRM, MFC, BMR, BPR, and related documentation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
