We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will analyze client business processes, recommend suitable Odoo solutions, configure functional modules, and work closely with the development team to deliver customized ERP solutions.

The candidate should possess both functional expertise in Odoo ERP and a robust understanding of Odoo development and customization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis
- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Recommend suitable Odoo modules and implementation strategies.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest customization where required.

Functional Consulting
- Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and Project Management.
- Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, and user training.
- Prepare functional specifications for the development team.




- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions.

Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Odoo developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review customizations and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Coordinate module testing and deployment.
- Support data migration and third-party integrations.

Client Support
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Assist clients with process improvements and ERP optimization.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules and business workflows.
