Role Overview

As a Reservation Manager, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests. You will handle reservations, convert enquiries into bookings, and ensure every guest has a smooth experience from their first interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming reservation calls and enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to interested guests.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiries.




- Explain room categories, packages, activities, and offers.
- Maintain reservation records and booking details.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Build positive relationships with guests through excellent communication.
- Meet booking and conversion targets.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust sales and persuasion skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable handling multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
