The Vice President – Technology Presales, Client Solutioning, Transitioning and Service Delivery is a business-facing technology leadership role accountable for enabling revenue growth, seamless client transitions, and high-quality service delivery across industries and international geographies. This leader partners with Sales, Front-End teams, business units, clients, and providers to shape differentiated technology solutions, respond to RFPs, support due diligence and contracting, and drive delivery excellence across Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Contact Center, Network and broader enterprise technology services. The role requires robust technical depth, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and an innovation-led mindset to deliver measurable outcomes in business growth, client experience, operational reliability, compliance, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead technology presales and client solutioning to support new business growth across industries and global geographies.
- Drive RFP responses, solution design, commercials,



due diligence, client presentations, and contracting support.
- Shape innovative solutions across Data & AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Contact Center, Network, pricing models, and industry benchmarks.
- Ensure seamless client transitions through strong stakeholder engagement, provider coordination, transition governance, and risk management.
- Own technology service delivery outcomes including 99.99% availability, cost management, compliance, quality, and zero-escalation focus.
- Influence business and client stakeholders through structured governance, value articulation, capability evangelization, and senior leadership engagement.
- Identify and implement AI-led use cases to improve operations management, service efficiency, and technology-enabled business outcomes.
