Role & responsibilities

Conduct structured outbound calls to channel partners, brokers, investors, and prospective clients to generate genuine interest and initiate meaningful conversations.

Qualify incoming and outbound leads efficiently, and schedule site visits, meetings, or follow-up calls for the core sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.

Accompany clients for site visits when required, representing Floor.Estate with professionalism.

Build and sustain regular, meaningful communication with existing partners and prospects to nurture long-term relationships.

Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth deal support and timely closures.

Follow up diligently through calls, WhatsApp, and emails ensuring no lead goes cold.

Prepare and submit daily activity reports covering calls made, follow-ups done, and site visits conducted.





Work consistently toward lead conversion and site visit targets.

Track and relay client feedback, objections, and market insights to help sharpen our sales approach.

Preferred candidate profile

0-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Service is preferred. Motivated freshers with strong communication skills are equally welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills clarity, warmth, and persuasiveness are key.

Comfortable managing both office-based calling activities and on-ground field visits.

Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a solid sense of follow-through.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus.
